We have a vast range of experience in delivering turnkey BMS solutions in projects ranging from £5k to £1.5Million.
We are an independent, privately owned company that directly employs over 70 employees and has a proactive approach to training and developing apprentices.
The role
Based from home, you will be required to cover the midlands and surrounding counties. AES operate within multiple sectors across the industry providing a varied working experience alongside different types of projects such as new builds, upgrades and retrofits. BMS commissioning engineer's duties will predominantly be commissioning new and existing BMS systems across a range of manufacturers.
The chosen candidate who takes on this excellent opportunity will be actively encouraged to consider, share and deploy ways to benefit our current and expanding customer base.
Due to the nature of the business an element of out-of-hours work will be required.
Key requirements
-
Good working knowledge of Trend BMS. This includes a good understanding of software and BMS supervisors

Knowledge of Tridium / Schneider / Siemens would be advantageous

Appetite to learn new systems

An understanding of HVAC applications

Demonstrate electrical skills/competence

Demonstrate working with an initiative

Strong report-writing skills

As a customer-facing role, maintaining a strong level of customer service is essential

Flexibility in completing the tasks at hand

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with PCs

Must have a full, clean driving license
