New Beginnings at AES Control Systems
Paul Leeson has decided to call it a day on his time at AES Controls and to move into retirement. During 34 years, the last 11 of which have been as Managing Director, Paul has seen AES grow from strength to strength and leaves a £10M business built on solid foundations with both an excellent team and a great reputation in the marketplace.
Paul will now be able to improve his golf handicap and spend more time travelling with his wife.
Paul will officially leave his role on Friday 14th February 2020.
All at AES Control Systems would like to wish Paul all the best in his retirement.
Russell Baxter, Adam Bradshaw and Darren Kirby (all current AES Directors) have joined James Harman and Phil Mitchell on the AES Executive Board. Darren Kirby will take on the role of Managing Director.
This leaves AES with a strong and focussed senior management team with skills and experience across the business.
The focus will be a continuation of our current drive towards becoming ‘Our Customers Preferred BMS Partner’, this being from initial design concept through to our Support Services. We look forward to further developing relationships with our current customer base and forging new relationships too.
